3. Orders & requests
This website does not process payments online. When you submit your details through the cart, you are sending us an order request — an invitation for us to contact you. This does not create a binding contract of sale.
- After you submit a request, a member of our team will contact you to confirm product availability, the final price, delivery and payment arrangements.
- A binding contract is formed only once we confirm your order in writing.
- You are responsible for providing accurate contact details so we can reach you.
4. Pricing
All prices are shown in euros (€) and are indicative. While we work hard to keep prices accurate, errors may occur and prices may change. The final price will be confirmed by our team before any contract is concluded. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not necessarily include taxes or delivery charges, which will be confirmed at order confirmation.
5. Availability
All products are subject to availability. Listing a product on the website does not guarantee it is in stock. If a product becomes unavailable after your request, we will offer an alternative or let you know.
6. Delivery
We arrange insured, tracked delivery as agreed during order confirmation. Estimated dispatch and delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

All products are genuine and covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. As a consumer, you may also have statutory rights under applicable EU and Cypriot consumer-protection law, including rights to cancel and to a refund or replacement for faulty goods.
